With a background in nursing and healthcare management, she has extensive knowledge of the Quad City provider community as well as proven management expertise in utilization review and medical management. She is certified in Managed Care Nursing by the American Board of Managed Care Nursing and has achieved a Fellowship with the Academy of Healthcare Management.
